Comfort Fit without the bulkiness of a full knee brace. Helps support without tightness. Comfortable to wear all day and helped support when needed. Does not take the place of a full knee brace however, my knee issue with minor and this helped until my issue was totally healed.

Been suffering with intense knee pain(both) for the last month for no rhyme or reason that I could figure out, nothing was helping, went to an orthopedic doctor and after exam/x-rays he suggested different types of braces to support my patellar tendons and I’m so glad I chose these! Within ten minutes my pain truly was relieved, every morning first thing I put them both on and can get through the whole day without ANY knee pain! I can’t speak highly enough about these braces and am so thankful for them! They fit nice and are comfortable as well as stay up without having to adjust them throughout the day.If you’ve been advised by your healthcare provider to use such a brace, these will not disappoint, at least they haven’t for me!

I was very skeptical of this device. I put it on and it was instant relief.It is not perfect, but oh my goodness this will work, and after trying braces creams and other things, nothing is this effective. Warning, when you take it off the pain returns, it’s not a cure obviously, but an excellent treatment. Built well enough, will move a bit but not bad, no real irritation and value for the money. The fit is adjustable, one tip, the strap needs to be fairly tight against the tendon for best results.

I’ve had knee pain all my life. Recently I noticed sharp pain under my right knee cap while doing yoga. I thought I would give the strap a try. 6 classes in and I have not experienced the pain under my knee cap. For me, I think it is working.
